Redlands driver killed, passenger injured after crashing pickup right into a tree north of Moreno Valley



A 38-year-old motorist was killed and his passenger injured when his pickup truck veered off of a highway north of Moreno Valley and slammed right into a tree, authorities stated Tuesday.

Adrian Magallanes of Redlands was fatally injured about 11:20 p.m. Monday on San Timoteo Canyon Road, close to Deadwood Court, in accordance with the California Highway Patrol.

Officer Jonathan Torres advised City News Service that Magallanes was touring at an undetermined pace northbound in his 2005 Nissan Titan when he went off the two-lane hall and plowed into the tree.

Paramedics reached the placement a short while later and pronounced Magallanes dead on the scene.

His front-seat passenger, whose id was not disclosed, suffered average accidents within the crash and was taken to a regional trauma middle for remedy. The sufferer was anticipated to get well absolutely.
