Thieves steal about $30 million in historic Easter heist in Sylmar space, LAPD says



Police are investigating the theft of near $30 million from a Sylmar cash storage facility in one of many largest heists in Los Angeles historical past, the Los Angeles Police Department confirmed to City News Service on Wednesday.

“The cash was stolen on Easter Sunday from an unspecified location within the Sylmar space,” Officer David Cuellar advised CNS.
