Search launched for suspect who shot at deputy in Jurupa Valley; no accidents reported



A suspect was at massive after firing gunshots at a Riverside County Sheriff’s deputy following a pursuit in Jurupa Valley on Tuesday, May 14, a broadcast report stated.

What the division known as “tried murder on a peace officer” occurred within the space of Pats Ranch Road and 68th Street in Jurupa Valley, the division stated on social media at 7:15 p.m. That space is east of the 15 Freeway and south of Limonite Avenue.

The deputy was not injured, deputies didn’t return hearth and deputies had been trying to find the suspect, the division assertion stated.

The capturing occurred after the deputy was pursuing the suspect resulting from an impressive warrant, KCAL reported.

KCAL reported that the search space consists of the Santa Ana Riverbed, Goose Creek Golf Course, River Bend Park and a neighborhood of houses close to the 15 Freeway and alongside 68th Street.

Residents who stay close to the search space had been staying inside after receiving orders from authorities, KCAL reported.

Teams of deputies, SWAT personnel in tactical autos and regulation enforcement helicopters had been concerned within the search.
