Sukhavaha Devi Dasi might be presenting “Detecting and Disarming the False Ego” on-line on May twenty fourth, 6-7:30 pm (EDT), as a part of the continued schooling supplied by ISKCON’s Karuna Care Education Ministry.
According to their website, “Karuna Care Education equips college students with the fundamental instruments they should provide individuals in disaster competent, well-informed emotional help and religious care. We present introductory-level coaching for individuals of religion who want to improve their interpersonal consciousness and abilities in an effort to grow to be a compassionate presence within the lives of others.” In explicit, this course is a part of the ISKCON HEARTS initiative inside Karuna Care. HEARTS is an acronym for Holistic Emotional Awareness Relational Training and Support.
Sukhavaha turned a licensed Karuna Care Chaplain in 2022. In 1974 she acquired her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Welfare and moved to New Vrindaban 5 months later to grow to be a full-time devotee.
