The Matrix (Maya-Tricks!)

The Manor’s resident drama group, the Bhaktivedanta Players, placed on a quite profound new play within the not too long ago refurbished Victorian-style theatre auditorium.
It was primarily a spoof of the Hollywood 1999 blockbuster ‘The Matrix’, delivering a Krishna aware angle on factors explored in conversations between the primary character and the magical trainer ‘Morphus’.
“The play was initially conceived to be a part of an outreach occasion, comparable to one thing organised by the UK Festival Team,” defined Players’ director Jaya Krishna das. “It was referred to as ‘The Maya Tricks’. We determined to premier it on the Manor and we obtained very encouraging suggestions!”
