Suspect bashed man within the head with empty bottle in Soho: cops


A shirtless, belligerent man randomly whacked one other man over the pinnacle with what seems to be an empty liquor bottle in an early morning assault in Manhattan Sunday.

The unidentified suspect hit the 42-year-old sufferer a number of occasions over the pinnacle with the glass bottle close to Lafayette Street and Prince Street in SoHo at about 3:15 a.m. Sunday, police stated.


The New York City Police Department is asking for the general public’s help in figuring out a person suspected of assaulting a person with a bottle on Feb. 26, 2023.

Police launched video of the suspect, which exhibits him strolling by the road holding the bottle and sporting a bushy chest, brown beard and a mop of unkempt hair.

The sufferer was transported to Bellevue Hospital in secure situation after the assault.

The suspect ran off, heading west on Prince Street, authorities stated.

No arrests have been made, police stated.
