Scotland’s First Minister Nicola Sturgeon desires to threat a second referendum on the nation’s independence in autumn 2023 – with out London’s approval if mandatory. In 2014, 55 % of Scots voted to stay within the UK. Is holding a second plebiscite a wise transfer?
