A California man with a “420” head tattoo who’s accused of decapitating a feminine relative and fleeing the scene along with her head has been arrested in San Francisco, based on police.
Luis Aroyo-Lopez, 24, was busted on the Transbay Terminal round 7:30 a.m. Saturday morning after San Francisco Police officers acknowledged him from an outline of a suspect needed for homicide in Santa Rosa, KRON reported.
The arrest comes after a frantic seek for Aroyo-Lopez after Santa Rosa Police found a girl’s decapitated physique inside a residence within the 2500 block of Pomo Trail round 3:40 p.m. on Thursday.
The lady’s head was lacking, and police imagine Aroyo-Lopez had taken it with him when he left the grisly scene on foot, according to the Santa Rosa Police Department.
