‘George & Tammy’: See George Propose to Tammy in a Sneak Peek

George & Tammy made a splash on Showtime and Paramount Network when it premiered December 4, and the joy continues as we have now an unique sneak peek on the second episode, aptly titled, “Stand By Your Man.”

In the clip, which you’ll be able to watch above, nation legends and newly declared loves George Jones (Michael Shannon) and Tammy Wynette (Jessica Chastain) start planning their subsequent strikes, presumably after he whisked her and her children away from then-husband Don Chapel (Pat Healy). Sitting in a diner sales space collectively, George pitches the concept of Mexico to her.
