Jessica Deseo is a local southern Californian and Mexican-American designer. She has labored as an expert hands-on designer for a big selection of notable manufacturers since 2005. In 2014, she took a step again from the day-to-day pixel-pushing and have become a companion at Dieline, the place her final aim was to help the development of the packaging design group. In 2016, Jessica grew to become a school member at ArtworkCenter College of Design, the place her college students’ work has obtained a wide range of recognition and awards within the packaging world.
In 2019, alongside together with her enterprise companion at Dieline and different notable trade specialists within the design group, they acquired PRINT Magazine, a longstanding staple of the graphic design group. Now, in her further new position as a Partner and Co-Chief Creative Director at PRINT, she wears many hats and desires to develop the graphic design group with culturally related options whereas celebrating up-and-coming designers.
Aside from her day-to-day, she enjoys her position on the New Museum Inc, the place she serves as a mentor and has discovered a ardour for serving to younger designers. In her private time, she enjoys going to museums and the seashore together with her husband and daughter. In her restricted private time, she enjoys studying books by feminine BIPOC writers and trying (trying being the key phrase) to discover ways to cook dinner conventional Mexican dishes.
