Deli employee killed in obvious theft on Upper East Side

A deli employee was shot and killed by a person in a HAZMAT swimsuit throughout an obvious theft in Manhattan on Friday night time, police stated.

The 67-year-old man was shot within the head inside Doana Gourmet Deli on the nook of East 81st Street and Third Avenue on the Upper East Side round 11:30 p.m., cops stated.

The sufferer was declared dead on the scene, police stated.

The suspect, who was sporting a hazmat swimsuit and a masks, fled the scene on a scooter southbound on Third Avenue, police stated.
