From the Architect: “We simply agree on a format with the day-use space on the bottom ground: parking for one automotive, rest room, front room and kitchen-dining room. Then the bedrooms are situated on the primary ground: the dad and mom’ room with a toilet and dressing room, the kids’s rooms with entry to a terrace, plus a multi-use space for examine or play. The working space (or house workplace) and examine are on the second ground, for the entire household, opening onto one other massive terrace.
The elements that drove the design had been the scale of the plot and its environment. The typology is a row home with an ample width (5.25 m, particularly) however the plot is just not very deep. This signifies that the yard, usually one of many highest high quality areas in a home of this type, is kind of small. Plus, it opens onto the inside of the block, which is densely constructed.”
