“Creed III” actor Jonathan Majors was arrested in Manhattan Saturday for allegedly choking a lady in a home dispute, cops stated.
The Marvel star was arrested round 11:15 p.m. Saturday morning within an condo close to West twenty second Street and eighth Avenue in Chelsea after police responded to a 911 name.
Police decided that Majors, 33, had been in a home dispute with an unnamed 30-year-old lady. TMZ reported that that the girl was Majors’ girlfriend.
The lady, who had minor accidents to her head and neck, instructed police that she was assaulted. She was taken to an space hospital in secure situation, cops stated.
Majors was taken into custody with out incident and charged with strangulation, assault and harassment, in line with police.
The actor, who was a presenter on the 2023 Oscars two weeks in the past, has emerged as a significant star in current movies similar to “Creed III” and the most recent “Ant Man.”
He is now not in police custody, cops confirmed.
